Founded in 1966, Interserve supplies hundreds of clients nationwide with a full range of merchandising services, including exhibit displays, store displays, sample kits, samples, and fulfillment programs. Interserve has developed the capability to make a wide range of products in house, rather than subcontracting product manufacturing, Their products include samples, sample kits, fan decks, signs, wallboards, counter displays, floor displays and store sets. Their wood and engineered wood products and displays are cut, machined, stained, painted and top-coated on-site in their Belvidere facility.
While Interserve will continue to operate as an autonomous business unit of United Displaycraft, all United Displaycraft clients can now experience the added value of their 40 years of specialized experience in building, paint and hardware oriented merchandising solutions. This acquisition will also allow United Displaycraft to become even more cost effective through Interserve’s heavy investment in equipment specifically designed for the displays serving those industries. Similarly, Interserve customers will now have access to a more robust array of merchandising solution thanks to UD’s extensive on-site manufacturing, printing, fulfillment and creative capabilities.
